Shipping

Minor star will process and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days of order confirmation.

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over 200 USD.

You will receive an email with tracking once the label has been created. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has been picked up by the carrier. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. International duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the retail price. Currently we do not ship to PO boxes.

International orders:

Minor star will process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. 

International shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. Please note that international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the rates provided at checkout. Minor star assumes no responsibility if the customer declines a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Returns

We are unable to accept refunds at this time. Orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be returned in original unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Items will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear and your return may be rejected based on item condition. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable.

In order to initiate a return, please email info@minor-star.com with your order number and reason for the return.  We will respond to your request and with return instructions within 2-3 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to returns.
